I feel so stupid asking this. I had some rice and on the box it said 61g of carbs per 100g uncooked and when it was cooked I weighed it and it weighed 150g. The rice absorbs water whilst cooking so this is why it weighs more right? but do the carbs decrease or increase when it is cooked or does it stay the same?
