Carb free snacks

sandysan, omelettes are great, any eggs as they only contain around 0.4g carbs per egg, depending on size. Try scrambled or fried etc, can add cheese, mushroom, little bits of tomatoes or peppers. Personally I could not go from 5pm without eating something else later. I have some cheese, a few nuts, some cold meats, hard boiled eggs. Aldi do Aberdeen Angus 1/4 pounders beefburgers 0.1g carbs per burger and Iceland 1/4 pounders 0.3g carbs per burger when grilled. I use an omelette or lettuce to wrap them in instead of a bun.
Also look for Aldi Bratwurst they are massive, bacon's great, Polish and German sausages from Aldi or Lidl, the list is quite endless. If you are unsure about the whole low carb thing then please go to The Low Carb Section, where everything will be explained.
