Carb intolerance -help!

Hello,

Does anyone have carb and sugar intolerance by which I mean, eating carbs and sugar make you have nausea and other digestif problems?

I'm pre diabetic (was 5.9 down to 5.3) have insulin resistance and hyperinsulin

Any help would be great
