Thanks for the Squashed info. got some lemon and lime and it's good. No problems with BG levels, but interestingly I had a pint of the old Tesco cordial earlier and my BG before I ate was 7 (av. 5.5 - 6.0 since LCHF).
Both have the sweetener Sucralose, but the Tesco one also has Acesulfame K.
Might be worth giving that a miss
