Okay forum guru's,
Which bit is more important; the carbohydrate amount OR the "of which sugars" amount?
For example, just bought a new snack to try at Asda - Besana Roasted Soya Nuts (Besana is the name of the brand, not some fancy roasting method
). The label says:
Carbohydrate = 28.8g (per 100g)
of which sugars = 5.26g
Whilst the former seems high to me the latter seems ok; or am I missing something? :?
