Carbs & Cals problems with iPhone migration - anyone help?

Hi. Bought a nice shiny new iPhone SE onto which I downloaded my iCloud backup from the old 4S, and despite repeated attempts, Carbs & Cals has not migrated between phones. Even if I bought it again, I would lose a very large database section of customised 'My Foods' and my past calendar data. Has anyone faced this problem and got round it?

It couldn't be done. C&C isn't web based, so all the modifications were saved only to my phone. I couldn't find a way to access them and copy them over. So I input the My Foods manually. Bit of a pain. Web-based apps better.
