Carbs for comfort

Or how about a cowboy pie? :woot:

Ratatouille in herby tomato sauce with added beans and chopped up veggie sausages topped with a load of cheesy cauliflower mash and extra grated cheese for luck. My idea of comfort food.
Sounds great :-)! Ill definitely try it thanks:-)

Sounds good :) but not sure what that is ..Is it butternut squash?

No, they're round and dark green, about softball size. Inside the flesh is a pale golden yellow. Different texture to butternut squash too.

I do Britishpub's trick but with Meridian organic crunchy peanut butter on the chocolate

Chocolate cookies made with ground hazelnuts, cocoa, and golden Sukrin (erythritol type brown sugar) - these are also yummy uncooked too, mini carrot cakes made with sesame flour, ground pecans and baby carrots, spices, and Sukrin with a dollop of lime cream cheese frosting, coffee and walnut cream, strawberries and cream... Who needs carbs! :D:D

We often have a fried spicy cauliflower with curries. A favourite recipe used even when I was able to eat rice. It's actually supposed to be cauliflower and potatoes, but is great without them too.

Try the cauliflower rice with your curry, lots of recipes for it in the recipe section and on the net, it's a great substitute
Sounds like a plan ,thankyou :-)!
