Hi guys, I'm thinking of having half a packet of Lidl's version of Supernoodles with my lunch.
The trouble is, the nutritional information is just for the uncooked values, and the whole packet uncooked weighs 108g and contains 15g of carbs.
It'll be heavier after it has been cooked. At least, I think that's the case.
Like pasta, can I weigh them post cooking and just work out the carbs accordingly? I know this seems a stupid question, but I don't want to take the wrong amount of insulin.
Thanks guys.
