I was told the same thing with sugars and carbs but then started to count all carbs as sugars it made a hell of a difference, have one small slice of bread one small scoop of potatoes no rice or pasta it's hard getting used to eating like this but worth it
What puzzles me is that the first experiment we did in Biology, at age eleven, was converting starch to sugar by spitting into a test tube of mashed potato in water.
We can't have been the only class to have been doing that.
Was no one else paying attention?
