How many carbs you eat will depend on your aims and targets and most importantly how well your body can handle those carbs you might choose to eat. We're all different so it has to be your decision, but possibly try around 50g carbs a day as a starting point and see how it goes...
I work on the principle that my meter will guide me as to how many carbs I can eat and keep my glucose levels down to low pre-diabetic levels and be able to continue eating an enjoyable, varied, healthy & sustainable low carb diet long term. For me this is generally between 20-50g carbs a day, so no fixed amount.
