Hi Tiggertonia,

Yes, all chips however cooked have a carb value, because they are potato!

Carb value depends upon the portion size, but even a small portion will be lots!

I injection for them and with in 10min gone from 5.2 to 2.9 and carb court right :s but I know chip shop chips u have to wait 30mins to injection xx

When using oil/fat it takes longer for the carbs to get into ur system a suggestion could be to wait a little while after eating them to inject ur insulin unless u are on a pump then u could do a multi wave or extended bolus
