Hi,

I have posted in past about my sleep and insomnia. After a long time i have now come across ******* cbd

I take 2 a night and fall asleep quite easy.
But, they do contain sugar but its per 100g so cannot calculate how much 2 contain

Its a 400g bottle 30 ******* and 88g carbohydrates per 100g i wish they including how much 1 contains argh but if anyone knows how many 1 contains from the info i have gave or if its safe to eat i welcome feedback. Yes it has helped me sleep.

I reckon 88 x 4 gives you the total carbs in the bottle, which is 352. Then divide that by 30 (******* in the pot) comes out as 11.7 grams of carbs per ******. If anyone makes it different please feel free to correct me!

Hi,

Someone else shoot me if i done the maff wrong..?
It works out for me as just under 12g per *****.

The only way to find out is with the meter.
I've never tried them. Though I have a rough idea how I might affect me. (Carb wise.)

However, sleep quality can have an effect on BGs.

Fingers crossed for you.

On my 4th day and my sleep quality is better.
I have tried the cbd oil, but found the ******* better because it helped they did tell me ******* absorb quicker than the oil. I have been logging my blood sugars and havent seen no spike.

Sounds like it's working for you..

I'm not disappointed that I'd need to bolus for one. (That's life.)

But I am kicking myself that @Rachox won the "guess how many in the jar" contest. I've done jobs off loading shipping containers working out how many carbs are in the masive tins destined for fast food/TV dinner companies.

I do agree she is a worthy winner. Not only beating me to "it" with her answer, but my mistake in being a "round it up sorta guy." And having a history of turning down "hash cakes" due to the unknown carb quantity? (I am fully aware that this is isolated CBD we are discussing.)
I may have to change my rating on her post.

What do you feel the absorption rate is.? (Aprox.) 20'sh minutes?

Here in Canada THC and CBD are as easy to get as a bottle of wine and legal.
CBD had been a game changer. I get the oil oral spray and it helps me sleep with a herniated disc.
Any risk of BG spikes with it is counter acted with pain management and good sleep.

Where did you get these from?

I think you should speak to your doctor if you're having problems with sleeping and also before taking any supplements, CBD ******* or anything else that can affect your blood sugars or health.

https://calmcures.co.uk/ this is the website but there is lots of CBD *******- all do the trick but first consult with your doctor please.

Although there are many ways to consume CBD, not all of them are good. CBD chewables are easy to consume. All you have to do is chew and swallow. It doesn't require tedious and long prep work.
