I have struggled for 15 years with type 2 watching things generally deteriorate until I discovered a low carb diet and this forum back in November. Just had my results from blood taken this week and guess what the diet works and self monitoring is a great motivator. HBa1c has gone from 68% to 49% and weight has dropped by 21 lbs a great result here is to the next 6 months!!
