Makes great 'chips' - cut in to chunky chip shapes, part boil then turn in oil, sprinkle with smoked paprika and garlic - bake for half an hour until golden.... yum!

I have been reading about celeriac on Wikipedia, going to buy some next shopping trip.

Mash it, fry it, chuck it in a stew, just like taters.
