Perfectly fine, if you like it. Some folks use it to transport peanut butter, soft cheese or pate from plate to mouth too.

Celery is fine in a coup or casserole, but not raw, in my world, so you can have my share.

Enjoy!

good news I will enjoy I love peanut butter too but know that is a no no

I eat no added sugar peanut butter, just make sure I count the carbs.

Not sure where you are... UK it's easy to get.

Its also possible to make it, although I've never tried!

Celery, stilton and apple soup is rather nice and not high in carbs.

I make my own it's easy all you need is a blender and away you go.

As a matter of interest, John, how do you do yours?

I like peanut butter, but it talks to me by the jarful, if you get my meaning.

I'm another that likes peanut butter I am careful to ration it out when I eat it. I have a teaspoon in a tiny bowl and take about 5 minutes to eat- I could eat the whole jar. I always check the label very carefully before buying. I pay more attention to the carbs in peanut butter than I ever did with the calories lol.

Peanut butter is now one of my favourite treats.

I usually put about 300 to 400 grams of roasted peanuts in a blender blend till it turns to a paste add some olive oil maybe a little salt scrape the paste off the sides of the blender then blend till it turns to a butter takes minutes transfer to a jar you can seal put it in the fridge.

I some times add in a bit of flavour ie coconut or cinnamon or sweeten with sweetener of some kind sometimes a little honey but that's for the non diabetics in the house if you like your peanut butter crunchy just reserve some chopped peanuts and add in at the end of blending

Literally takes about five minutes if that. apart from if using raw peanuts you need to roast them in the oven for about ten minutes.
