Hello, travelling to Canada next week, first time through a airport with the Cellnovo on.

Anyone know if the capped spare pump can go through the X-ray?
 
I do not have a CellNovo - I have an Animas Vibe.
Earlier this year, I travelled to the USA with a spare loaner pump. I did NOT put it through the x-ray and had no problems.
I was a little concerned because the loaner was sealed with very clear labels saying "do not open unless advised by Animas" (or something similar). Thankfully, no one tried to open it: they just swabbed the outside of the packaging.

Based on this, my advice would be to carry your spare pump in your hand and don't put it through the x-ray.
