Cellulitus

I have just had treatment for cellulitus which was a course of antibiotics and Xemacort.
My query is as follows.
Cellulitus was in the ankle area. I finished the course but eased up on the Xermacort as my skin started peeling.
My skin is now repairing itself however it is itching, not as bad as cellulitus, and now feels dry.
My question is can I put on aHydra Cream such as Dove Men Care.

When I had cellulitis I put E45 cream on mine as I thought it was the safest (used for eczema). Plus some Dove products give me a rash anyway. Hope yours gets better soon it’s very painful isn’t it.

We are a bunch of interested parties (mostly people with diabetes) who do not have medical qualifications.
Whilst we can respond with what has worked for us (as @MissMuffett has above) we cannot tell you what you can use and what will work for you.
If you are finding the itching too bad, it is recommended to seek medical advice. This could be a doctor or, especially if you have trouble getting an appointment, a pharmacist may be able to assist.
I hope you find something to relieve the itching soon.
