I have a Pixel 3 phone running Android12 and would really like to move from finger pricks to a CGM, but it looks like a minefield of compatibility issues. Can anyone recommend an affordable CGM , available in the UK, that they know will work with my phone?

some makes/models with the same os can have issues when others do not. it would be helpful if you could post your actual make & model.

there are pretty cheap phones out there which would be compatable with both libre and dexcom. abbots (libre) do their own monitoring device (for those which can not use their own mobile) which can pull the data from their libre sensors.

another thing that you could look into is trying a third party app if the original app refuses to install.

as your diabetic your entitled for a free trial :) so before you part with any cash why not sign up for a free trial that way you will be able to tell if your phone is compatable or not before parting with any monies ;)

https://www.dexcom.com/en-GB/one-plus-campaign-sample? 10 day trial dexcom sensor

abbots usually have a free trial as well: https://www.freestyle.abbott/uk-en/getting-started/sampling.html? 15 days (it is currently at least in the uk put on tempory hold for some strange reason.
