CGM is consistently showing a hypo - broke?

Hi everyone!

So I'm new to a GCM and whilst i generally love it, these past few days I'm having trouble.

My sensor is telling me im having a hypo. And have been all morning. I feel 100% fine and I've been finger pricking and all is good. I'm currently at 6.2. Is the sensor faulty and do i just have to throw it away? I get them on prescription and it takes time to get new ones, so dont want to bin if i dont have too.

I've never had a problem like this before. Will it recalibrate itself? or just broken? (it does go up after meals and stuff so it is at least tracking something)

If you have a faulty sensor even on prescription, phone Abbott, they will replace it, so the NHS don’t have to fund the replacement, plus you’ll get it quicker. Keep the old one as they sometimes ask you to return it. They will provide a pre-paid envelope.

That looks like a faulty sensor @spudstood . Did you x check with a fingerprick ? Sometimes the sensor site can become inflamed, for whatever reason and that can drive down your readings too. In my view if your blood sugars were at 3 mmol /s for so long I would think you would start to feel it , sweating, headache, feeling a sense of doom/ agitation. Odds on you have a lemon. As @Rachox stated just contact Abbott and they will replace it.
