the first couple libre sensors i've had appeared to be pretty accurate within 0.5 either side of finger pricks. the latest one way off (by upto 8mmol). I contacted Abbots (Libre 2+sensor) who have used DHL to send out a replacement (that was on friday was told 48-72 hours still waiting lol) sods law I have dr's appt later this afternoon, i'm betting that they turn up either during school run or whilst im at the dr's. Abbots mentioned sometimes can be caused by lack of 'fatty tissue' in the area that attached alongside stating it could possibily be a faulty sensor. phone call to them was under 15 minutes having to read some stuff out to them from the about menu's. Customer service seemed good. You should of been informed when you got the cgm to ensure to finger prick check if results are 'off' or sympthons dont match results.
There can also be some other issues, such as compression which can appear to have an effect on values. Staying hypdrated apparently helps.
