CGMS help!!!!!!!!!

Please can someone help, I am having a 2 week CGMS trial. I have the Animas Vibe and the CGMS is connected to that. This morning I changed my infusion site and also the battery, for some reason instead of just asking me to confirm it was a lithium battery it was asking me to reset date and time as well. Now it has stopped recognising the CGMS it keeps giving me error messages. The CGMS rep was meant to email me a CGMS setup sheet explaining everything but has not done so. I can't get hold of her or diabetic nurses and have no idea of what to do now. Any ideas?
 
Engineer88 has that pump and CGM, maybe try to pm her about it?

It says error 0. I had to start it again after battery change and it requested 2 finger bg after 2 hours which I thought would fix it, but no joy.
