Change 1 small thing

And I haven't even left the house yet today! Turns out I'm more active than I thought!

Thats the one I got. Have you set the time right cos it will only reset at midnight.

Yup it started at 0 when I got up!

Blimey, your shaming me. I haven't even got dressed yet!

Been up since 8.45.

I'm not a sit and do nothing type of person. Been playing with my dog and generally mucking about. I didn't want to go out because I was basal testing

I guess this explains my insulin sensitivity lol

1,332 by 8.45am. Come on Lenny! Hope the weather isn't too bad with you so you can get your walk in today!

Tonight I'm going to up my game and play just dance after work and see what difference that makes

you took 4 thousand steps ? how does it work, does it measure movement or the vibration of your steps?

Thats a Challenge Hale!!!! I was up early sat, just didn't need to do anything other than food shopping. I went out in the afternoon and instead of just going to the small supermarket I went and walked all round town, then did my shopping. Managed just over 2000 in the end. I'm thinking I may just get the just dance out tonight, have to try and compete with you Hale

By the end of Saturday id taken 8332!

Not going to lie, I'm not totally clear on how it works. But I do know it says to avoid it swing around or excessive vibration. Will look it up tonight!

I'm going to try and get one today do they sell them in the shops?

I hoovered in Saturday, and mopped. Cleaned up in the spare room, did some laundry. Generally make sure I'm on my feet!

Sunday was less, about 6000. But I was spending time with my baby niece so sitting down a lot.

Today I'm back to work so I'm quite please with the start. Desk job means I can be fairly static, but I try to get up as much as possible. Pretty pleased with the start

I got mine from amazon for about £20. Had a cheaper one before but I could just shake it and the step count would go up.

This one is good because it automatically resets etc

I imagine you can pick them up in shops though. Argos could be an idea, or a large supermarket (my asda does a cheaper version)

I got mine off amazon, after researching the reviews. This one is good as it doesn't start counting for the first 4 seconds, so it discounts most jostling whilst sat down. I think its pretty acurate.

I only have a tiny flat, so my weekends are quite inactive. Once the weather starts to get nicer, i'll get my bike out, or go for a walk.

Im very lazy.

Once you see the steps creeping up you'll want them to continue. 8000 on the first day had given me a target to beat now!

I'm a ground floor flat so no stairs or anything. I always take the stairs at work (ok ok USUALLY) which isn't fun at 6.45am but I know there's benefit in it.

I'm trying to maintain my weight and generally feel healthier and fitter. Just dance has a fab "just sweat" section. I started doing the 10 minute session but I think I'm ready to up my game to the 25 minute session next!

Ok, I also have a flat, but I do have stairs. Feel bad now..............must try harder

Ill fess up that my flat is on the larger side with plenty floors to mop when the dog makes then mucky!

Andy amazon are pretty speedy. I have prime so I got mine the next day but took a few days to actually switch it on and set it up!

I have that same pedometer - the Omron pictured above. I asked for it for Christmas. Only trouble is, mine does not reset at midnight, so my steps have been cumulative. LOL I went through the setup when I got it, but must have missed something. I have to get that instruction booklet out again. Great thread. I want to change one small thing today as well. Gotta think on that.
