you took 4 thousand steps ? how does it work, does it measure movement or the vibration of your steps?
Thats a Challenge Hale!!!! I was up early sat, just didn't need to do anything other than food shopping. I went out in the afternoon and instead of just going to the small supermarket I went and walked all round town, then did my shopping. Managed just over 2000 in the end. I'm thinking I may just get the just dance out tonight, have to try and compete with you Hale![]()
I'm going to try and get one todaydo they sell them in the shops?
I got mine off amazon, after researching the reviews. This one is good as it doesn't start counting for the first 4 seconds, so it discounts most jostling whilst sat down. I think its pretty acurate.I'm going to try and get one todaydo they sell them in the shops?

I only have a tiny flat, so my weekends are quite inactive. Once the weather starts to get nicer, i'll get my bike out, or go for a walk.
Im very lazy.
Try amazon. Delivery was really quick.argos 24.99 but all out of stock grr, i wanna play i wanna play!!!
Ok, I also have a flat, but I do have stairs. Feel bad now..............must try harderOnce you see the steps creeping up you'll want them to continue. 8000 on the first day had given me a target to beat now!
I'm a ground floor flat so no stairs or anything. I always take the stairs at work (ok ok USUALLY) which isn't fun at 6.45am but I know there's benefit in it.
I'm trying to maintain my weight and generally feel healthier and fitter. Just dance has a fab "just sweat" section. I started doing the 10 minute session but I think I'm ready to up my game to the 25 minute session next!
