CHANGE IN REGIME !!!

Hi folks, started my new regime on Saturday of Levemir and Novorapid, (now i finally know i'm type 1 and not type 2). The problem is my levels are sky high again (over 18) and i feel horrendously ill. I'm going to phone the diabetic clinic later today so fingers crossed.

Sorry to moan, it's just that i feel so rough !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cry:

hya hazey,
i changed to basal bolus a few wks ago and it did take a couple of days to get low,hope u soon feel well,let us know how u go on :)
 
give it time and try reducing your carb intake. the less you eat, the less you have to deal with.
