Your tresiba versus your humalog is very excessively heavy dose...

You mention feeling awful... but what is a typical days blood results like?

Are you saying you only have max of 7 units a day?

Do you test during night at all??

It really sounds as if your tresiba needs adjusting but unless you can give a days worth of blood readings it will be difficult to be sure...

My blood ranges from waking 4-6 and then lunch 5-7 but then it goes haywire afgtre lunch which is light and is in the teens. I don't eat much and yes I inject short acting 7-10 units a day but this increases depending on how high I come in pre-tea.
I rarely test during the night, but am around 5 when I do.
I've just spent 10 days in the USA and is remained a lot lower, in single figures largely. I ate much more and injected more but as a result of that gained 5lbs in ten days : (
