That is a long wait but was your bg high when you injected? I find insulin takes longer to work if I start high...Tried to see how long before bolus kicked in and its 65 mins ,only just done that so will try for a day or two to see if it really helps

This is more obvious on Fiasp than it was on NovoRapid but it was still a feature of "fast acting" insulin.
With Fiasp
- if my BG is in the 4s or low 5s, Fiasp will work immediately. I have to bolus AFTER eating
- if my BG is between 5 and 10, Fiasp will take about 5 to 15 minutes
- if my BG is between 10 and 14, Fiasp will take about 30 minutes to work
- if my BG is 15 or over, I can expect something to happen after an hour
