I think you are right. One of them did taste sweet like Mr Pot suggested. Nice tip there, @Mr_PotTo my chefs eye they all look like they have added sugar - there is probably a lot of hidden sugars in there, I stick to steak, dry grilled meats, salad, buttered veggies, no sauces but ask for butter/Mayo or EVOO unless it's a chain and I can see a nutritional guide, or in an independent eatery I ask what's exactly in it - there's also quite a bit of veg there whilst veg is good if your very strict keto it can stack up pretty quickly
