chart!

hi all well my codefree arrived to day (and to my suprise so did a freestyle lite one (one i filled in and didnt expect to get tbh))
anyway i was wondering is someone could help me and direct me in the right direction for a chart so i can see what is classed as 'low' 'normal' 'high' in mmol/l for glucose test's

I have a codefree but I dont know what you mean by a chart.

Do you mean the figures like the ones in the post Daisy1, makes giving good figures to aim for when testing? It can be found here:

When I started here i felt so full of questions I would burst

I can remember who it was, but someone said that the only silly question was the one I didnt ask, and to ask all I want to.

Please dont feel silly. I wont be much use as I have only been diagnosed for 5 weeks or so, and only using a meter for 4 weeks. But lots of members here have been Diabetic for a long time and are happy to help and share their knowledge.
