12:30 5.3 (After a short walk to the shop for lunch)
12:30 142g Carbs with 11u NovoRapid (this is where it all goes wrong, i think to myself)
15:30 6.4 (sweet!)
17:00 6.9 (Ooo)
18:30 4.7
18:30 60g Carbs (best guess) with 5u NovoRapid
21:00 5.4 (oh sweeeet!)
10:00 6.0 and 17u Levemir.

Today i woke up at 3.1 and then tested at 5.0 at 10:00.

I think i'll lower my PM levemir dose!
