After many moths of trying to eat cheese I eventually found one my body will tolerate, but no have the worry about it am eating to much, so my question is there a limit? And this is the only dairy eat.

You can eat as much as you like, but remember there are loads of calories in cheese so be careful if you are trying to lose weight.

Thanks I have eaten just under 1200g this week.....it was my go to snack and protein as don't eat meat.
I will have to look for an alternative.

you dont need to look for an alternative. Cheese is a very good, filling protein source. Simply limit yourself to an appropriate amount for the amount of calories you need/want to consume. Use it as a substitute for the amount of calories you would have used for meat.

That is a shame. What about extra eggs? They are very good for us, and provide fat and protein and not many calories. Hard boiled eggs make an excellent snack.

Call that 2 or 3 days food for me.
Providing I eat nothing else at all for those days.
 
I don't really, my food/medication is quite intolerant it is a nightmare. Sugar free jelly and porridge is my main food and then the cheese
 
Hi. Don't worry too much about calories as the body doesn't work by calorie measure. Cheese is a good food for us overall but too much saturated fat can affect your cholesterol breakdown if taken to excess so try to mix saturated and unsaturated fats. Carbs are the main source of weight gain.
 
I was given a gorgeous load of cheese for Christmas and I'm eating tonnes of the stuff right now! The brie disappeared within days, and I'm trying to not to eat the stilton or cheddar too quickly. Before Christmas I weighed 6lb less than I do now.......!

There's absolutely no need to go to extremes - just remember: between none and too much lives enough.

If cheese is your main source of protein then you need to eat enough to sustain you. Look here for a (low carb) nutritional calculator which will help you check how much protein you will need for your particular circumstances, weight, size, activity level, etc.
