Chest pain after hypo

I had a mild hypo whilst eating my tea tonight 3.9 I had a few chips, omelet, a few grapes and a jelly altogether about 30 cho. Felt fine virtually straight away as I was sitting but about 1/2 hour later the pain in my chest and headache it's eased off now but I feel like I've had a severe hypo. This happened a few weeks ago, I suffer high blood pressure plus a few other problems and I just tested bloods and their fine 5.4 . Some help please would be welcomed

As a nurse I would always always get chest pain checked out and esp as you have high blood pressure. Even if the pain has eased...it may not be related to hypo at all. Please get someone to take you to get it checked. Hope you feel better v soon

I'd agree with Alibee. Never ignore chest pain.

I hope you're feeling better soon.

No harm in going tonight if your chest is still tight, I had chest pains 3 years ago and it scared me to death, it turned out mine was unrelated to my heart but they said I did the best thing in getting checked out.

I'm back after spending a few days in hospital I actually took noble heads advice, the pains I was getting are Angina after a lot of proding and poking I now have some new meds and lots of information sheets and go back on Monday for some other tests but I'm a bit more relaxed as I know what was wrong thanks for the advice as I'm normally quite stubborn
