Chest tightness when low-carbing

Over the summer I had a few instances of chest tightness - overall it lasted a week or so. I think I experienced mild chest tightness already in the past but never that unpleasant. It freaked me out. I saw that others have reported chest tightness when low carbing.

Has anyone experienced that too? What do you think can be the causes?

I would urge anyone with chest tightness to consult a doctor immediately.
There are so many other causes of it (from asthma to heart issues and from stress to environmental toxins) that I think it needs a qualified professional.

As already posted, call your doctor or call your emergency department. Not really something I think should be pondered over.
