Chia seeds

i adore chia seeds (im vegan and try to find all things that are not high carb bc often vegan food is high carb) basically what i do, is make 'chia seed pudding'. which i eat for breakfast! it only has 2g carb in it and 250 cals and i usually eat it with a few pieces of fruit (say apple and berries or banana). what i do, is mix 40g chia seeds with 230mls unsweetened soy or almond milk, add a few drops of stevia (sweetener) and leave it for at least 1 hour or overnight until it turns into a pudding consistency. you need to mix it again after 5 mins after mixing first as the chia seeds will often stcik to the bottom of the bowl or container you are using to store it in, and you don't want any clumps. i highly recommend trying, you could also eat it for a snack or dessert! x
