Chia seeds

So I bought some chia seeds this afternoon meaning to also buy almond milk to soak to them have for my breakfast, but I forgot the almond milk! Do you think I could make with watered down double cream?

What are people's favourite ways of doing them?

Hello. I have sprinkled them on raspberries and yoghurt.

I put chia seeds and blueberries into my porridge sprinkled with cinnamon. Made with skimmed milk really nice.

Went out for dinner last night and picked up some almond milk on the way home. Just had the chia seeds, not that impressed!

When I tried Chia seed pudding it reminded me of soggy blancmange. Really not a fan.

I'm wondering if it might be better hot rather than cold!? Not sure if I want to try again though, couldn't finish my bowl this morning!!

I tried them sprinkled on yogurt..horrible.. I threw them away. I did read you should not have them if you take diabetes medication or statins and other risks with them you may like to read this
