Super simple, super good ...
Wrap bacon around boneless chicken breast, bake at 350F for 45 minutes or so (internal temp 165F). Let rest 10 minutes, enjoy.
 
Whole chicken cut out the backbone and flatten so it is spatchcocked.. cook in hot oven for 1 hour. You'll never roast a chicken any other way.. juicy and delicious.Cot with melted butter and garlic to make it extra special... sunday lunch is sorted.
