Need to know what to put on them , on end of toes .really painful and pink.
Out door activity for too long , my feet were freezing , now I am paying the price !
Any good suggestions welcome

Firstly, check your feet for any small blisters. Keep them away from direct heat and don't rub them.
Do not soak them, keep them dry and warm and you could use a soothing (Diabetic freindly) cream but not between the toes. Keep an eye on them as blisters can pop and invite infection. Hope it eases soon, good luck.
Tiger balm?????? I recall a relative using it many years back.
Will and can not vouch for it's suitability for diabetics.
