I've just been so good this last 2 weeks with my low carb intake as I'm newly diagnosed as type 2 and tonight my husband ordered a Chinese takeaway with rice and chips and I've eaten the lot aaargh.. so not happy with myself

Don't knock yourself out about it.
If you're testing before and after it might be a "school day" and carry on to your FBG....

It happens to most of us at some stage. Just get back on the LC wagon and dont stress out about it.
