Chip shop chips

maybe buy a fish as well - just in case the chips are a disappointment.
We have supper from the fish and chip shop once a week - I have fish and I find that I can leave any chip which happens to get onto my plate, and I eat only the crispiest part of the batter and leave the rest.
 
Didn’t think you could reverse T1?
I wouldn't make that claim. I have seen many anecdotes of 5.x HbA1c's and significant reductions in insulin requirements on low carb style diets, especially protein focused.
