Poor grammar, bullying and drunks.
I have just made the Chocolate Brownies from the recipe in Michael Moseley's Blood Sugar Diet Recipe book. They are a grown-up yummy! If you have the book, which I heartily recommend by the way, and havn't tried the brownie recipe then I can say it will become a favourite. Next time I may substitute the Brazil nuts for Walnuts to see how that turns out or even adding a little espresso for a real treat.
 
hmmm very nice. I do like brownies although you can keep the espresso bit.

I believe you recommended this book to me on another thread so looks like I might be heading that way to buy it!!
