Cholesterol results - worried

Hi just wondering how much exercise you are doing, as that will help lower Cholesterol so you can stay on Keto

I’ve just started a training plan so probably on my bike 5 hours a week. This has only been over the past 4 weeks though, I was relatively inactive before this.

I’ve found it quite tough with exercise and maintaining gluco control. For a 1 hour ride at moderate intensity I’m loading with approx 45g carbs which I know goes against the idea of fat burning. Something I was looking at before this set back.
