Anyone remember any old Christmas traditions or memories they have ..

Or perhaps are feeling a bit lonely at this time of year ..or unwell
it's hugs for all ..

It's a time to remember , and we all have emotions ..

I remember my nam and bamp they were the best ..No one could say gramp ..
They did not have much at all ... but hearts of gold ..
My Nan used to make all the families a Christmas pudding at Christmas ..with a sixpence in ..
The puddings we couldn't eat though , always as hard as rock, , no old told her though , they were always swapped on Christmas Day
So today I remember them at this time of year x

For many years we have had a breakfast of smoked salmon, quails' eggs and Buck's Fizz. A few years ago, I gave Mrs h-c a small Santa that you could hang round your neck (we always have a few joke presents like that) and she put it on so that it dangled in her cleavage. I noticed that my daughter seemed to be texting someone and, about half an hour later, we heard Scott Mills say "A big shout out to Miss h-c, who says that her mum and dad are eating some weird ritual breakfast and her mum's got Santa hanging between her boobs".
