Does anyone know if it's safe to take this supplement with metformin? I'm type 1 on levimer and novorapid but take 500mg metformin in morning for insulin resistance. Thanks.

well don´t know but I do take 2 x 850mg metformin and 200mg chromium evey day and haven´t had any problems till now..
but I will only take so much chromium for a short while and then waite som month again before taking it Again as it is 500% of the daily needed amount

Have a look at this - https://www.drugs.com/drug-interactions/chromium-gtf-with-metformin-662-10257-1573-0.html If you eat a lot of eggs you might already have enough chromium so maybe have a blood test to check your levels?

no not really, but I think maybe it is healthy to take some of many different minerals and the most Essentials at least; both vitamins and minerals and trace-minerals as I eat only about half of what I used to eat... you know 1000 calories and the days I eat more it is very much the same I tend to add to my foods, because I am not really an inspired Cook and like to make it simple, so I eat many nuts but actually only a few eggs a week like 3 or about that, and much less meat also than i used to eat..
