    Does anybody take this?

    Is it beneficial please?

Just looking for first hand accounts of its effectiveness.

I do. To be honest it doesn't seem to improve insulin resistance, although it might lower cholesterol because mine did drop from 5.4 to 4. Then went back up to 5.7 when I increased cheese, proper yoghurt and cream. Not really lost any weight either although I am less than when I started taking this and other supplements.
