i had some information from a guy who was on gmtv a while ago called patrick holford who suggested taking the suppliment chromium as well as the other medication we take i just wonered if anyone new any drawbacks or benefits people may or may not have had using this

thanks sue back where i started lol my partners brother is over from the usa when he recently visited the doctor he was advised to take cromium as she though his blood sugar was climbing since he has taken this his sugar level is back to normal although im not sure now after reading the studies if there was something there then sorted itself out any thoughts ?

I suppose it would depend on what else he did.Did he lose weight for instance or change his diet in any way.There could be other explainations for the BS drop besides taking chromium.
