Just weighed myself and for the first time in 23 years I'm below 13 stones (12- 12lbs ) so I'm just a bit chuffed to say the least, now if I can loose another 12lbs I'd be back to my old fighting weight

23 years without weighing yourself, wow! Reads as if you have been successfully dieting; well done. Here's to the last 12lbs.
