I have read that cinnamon can help although not sure why. Keep us updated.

I have been having Cinnamon powder in Honey every morning for the past.3 weeks. I don't know about bloods as I do not test. But I am sure it has reduced my amount of Arthritic pain. Which it is also recommended for.

Sometimes I take a 500mg cinnamon tablet before a meal and I notice my postprandial levels are lower. Can't say how it affects my fasting bg though, maybe I'd need to up it to 2000mg to see a difference!

From what I understand, the idea behind taking cinnamon supplements is that they are supposed to increase your insulin sensitivity.

I am taking cinnamon tablet but I have no idea if it's beneficial. I love cinnamon anyway.

I've been a black coffee (no sugar) devotee for 34 years. Now I sometimes add cinnamon. I put it in the cafetiere and it gives the coffee a nice flavour. Sometimes I add bourneville cocoa powder too!! My take on a mocha lol
