hi all
I am taking citalopram for depression, and read somewhere that it significantly reduces diabetic neuropathy. Has anyone else heard of this? As the depression is somewhat linked to the developing of complications in the first place, it seems too good to be true that the antidepressant can actually help the neuropathy also!
