Apparently microbiomes are to blame.</p><p></p><p>I’m going to add 1/2 cup kimchi daily to my program but would be interested to get feedback from other members in regard to the clean keto eating. A good cook book / eating plan would also help.</p><p></p><p>Before this I rarely ate bacon, and don’t particularly like eggs.</p></blockquote><p></p>
