I bought on impulse some coconut flour to try. What savory recipe have you found to be successful and would recommend for a first use of coconut flour?

My psyllium husk powder arrived today and I made the flatbreads tonight to have with a curry. Considering it was a first attempt they were excellent, a cross between a naan bread and an American type pancake.
