coconut milk

Hi there, can I drink the milk from a fresh coconut? I know we can have tinned cocunut milk but wasn't sure about fresh?

It is easier to buy it, the amount of effort doesn't make using fresh coconut worth while.

I use KOKO dairy free coconut milk, (which is a mixture of coconut milk and grape juice, it is usually with the UHT milk
